Mach Designs

Murphy and his team did an outstanding job on my subwoofer install. Initial conversation was through e-mails and pictures explaining what I was looking to have done. Communication thereafter via text and phone was prompt and thorough addressing any questions and concerns. A couple of days later the subwoofer was professional installed as if it came from the factory. I highly recommend!

1 star. Before getting into the issues, I’ll say this: Murphy, who I believe is the owner, is genuinely a nice guy and a very good salesman. In fact, that’s ultimately why I chose Mach Designs in the first place. Originally, I was deciding between Mach Designs and another local shop that was only about 20 minutes from me. Mach Designs, on the other hand, was roughly an hour and a half away each direction. Before I ever spoke to Mach Designs, I had already been quoted by the local shop for both the Escort Max 360 rearview mirror hardwire install and the remote starter install. Their pricing was also a couple hundred dollars cheaper overall. Even with that, Murphy assured me over the phone that Mach Designs was extremely professional and that I’d be hard-pressed to find a more professional shop. Based on those conversations, I decided to go with Mach Designs despite the higher pricing and much longer drive. During those same conversations, Murphy also quoted me for the remote starter install and recommended the starter kit for my vehicle, which happened to be the same kit the other shop had already recommended as well. Naturally, I assumed they were experienced and comfortable wo

Murphy installed a radio on my 2003 Honda CR-V for a reasonable price and in a reasonable amount of time. Murphy was very professional and had great customer service skills. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for your excellent service!

I called Mach Aumotive for a price quote on a custom android head unit installation. The pricing sounded more than fair. I went to the storefront after work. The team was able to get the unit installed & also replace blown fuses. The team was very efficient with considering i was a walk in & took time to explain the process. I'll definitely be back to get my sub woofers & amp installed. I would definitely recommend this business.

Great experience. Murphy took time to explain my remote start options. He also helped me navigate the audio features in my car. He did not have to do that. He also offers more than just remote starts. Lots or extra features for car too. I HIGHLY recommend Mach Designs
